Shipping policy

We know you're excited for your order to arrive, so here's everything you need to know about processing and shipping.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order processing and shipping combined typically take 11–14 days from the time your order is placed to when it arrives.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, your delivery may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Please note that this is an estimate and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Issues

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or you have concerns about your shipment, contact us at contact@wagwells.net with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and reach out to us at contact@wagwells.net so we can assist you.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office/carrier before contacting us, as this is often where missing packages turn up.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@wagwells.net as soon as possible we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
