Our Story

WagWells started with a cat named Rosie.

She was small, independent, and hated anything bulky around her neck, no extra gear. Just a simple collar, the way she liked it.

One day, Rosie slipped out and never came home.

We searched everywhere. We checked with neighbours, put up posters, walked the streets at night calling her name. But without a way to track her, we were guessing.

That loss changed something for us. We started looking for a better way a collar that could actually help bring a cat home if it ever happened again. But everything on the market was the same, bulky pouches, dangling AirTag holders, extra straps and buckles stacked onto a collar that was never designed to carry them. The kind of collar Rosie would have hated.

So we founded the one that didn't exist in this market yet.

We're Conor and Theodore, the founders of WagWells. Neither of us set out to start a pet brand we set out to solve a problem we wished we'd never had. The result is a collar with the tracking slot built directly in, not bolted on. Sleek enough that your cat won't notice it's there, and functional enough that you'll always know where they are.

We built this so other cat owners never have to feel the way we did searching, waiting, hoping.

Every collar we make carries a little bit of Rosie with it. We hope it brings you and your cat peace of mind, and a few more good years together.
